Senior Android Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Senior Android Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Android Developer, you will be part of the Mobile Development Department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Android Developer

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range:$65-70

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and prototype Android mobile applications for phones and tablets for internal and external use.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle: develop automation scripts, test, and release to app stores.
• Collaborate with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes, and estimations.
• Keep up to date with current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and tools by implementing best practices.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in Android development.
• Extensive experience with Android platform development using Kotlin and Java.
• Proficiency in writing automated tests using frameworks like Appium.
• Experience with native mobile application development and knowledge of C-based libraries.
