Product Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare technology, is seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager of Device Connectivity to join their team. As a Global Product Marketing Manager of Device Connectivity, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$54.25

What's the Job?

• Drive the strategic development, management, and growth of the device connectivity portfolio across various markets.
• Collaborate with product teams, regional marketing, sales, R&D, and external partners to align on product roadmaps and strategies.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform product development and marketing approaches.
• Develop business plans and financial models to capitalize on market opportunities and support product launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deploy go-to-market strategies, including pricing, training, and support initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Medicine, Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in upstream marketing, product management, or related roles, with relevant experience in device connectivity portfolios preferred.
• Experience working on integration and connected products in healthcare settings, especially in the operating room, is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
