Event Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Event Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Event Manager, you will be an integral part of the Events/Employee Communications team, supporting the planning, execution, and operational success of multiple high-profile events. What's the Job?

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive event budget trackers across multiple events and fiscal quarters.
  • Track forecasts, actuals, committed spend, pre-pays, refunds, and remaining budgets to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support quarterly financial forecasting and reconciliation activities to optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor purchase order statuses, invoice tracking, payment approvals, and vendor spend to ensure smooth operations.
  • Partner closely with finance and procurement teams to enhance forecasting accuracy and budget visibility.

What's Needed?

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to manage operational workflows across vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining operational documentation, templates, and process workflows.
