IQA Inspector Jr. - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a IQA Inspector Jr. - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a IQA Inspector Jr. - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting inspection and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IQA Inspector Jr. - 2nd Shift

Location: Carmel, IN

Pay Range:  $25/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Inspect incoming commodities and sub-assemblies for conformance to drawings and specifications
• Utilize coordinate measuring machines and microscopes to measure small components accurately
• Conduct functional testing as required by component drawings and test instructions
• Work in compliance with Abbott SH Procedures and cGMP guidelines
• Collaborate with engineers on new product development, inspections, and non-conformance issues

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with GD&T interpretation and measurement tools preferred
• Proficiency with microscopes and hand tools in a regulated environment
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and document work accurately
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude in team interactions
