Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a IQA Inspector Jr. - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a IQA Inspector Jr. - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting inspection and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: IQA Inspector Jr. - 2nd Shift
Location: Carmel, IN
Pay Range: $25/hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Inspect incoming commodities and sub-assemblies for conformance to drawings and specifications
- Utilize coordinate measuring machines and microscopes to measure small components accurately
- Conduct functional testing as required by component drawings and test instructions
- Work in compliance with Abbott SH Procedures and cGMP guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers on new product development, inspections, and non-conformance issues
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with GD&T interpretation and measurement tools preferred
- Proficiency with microscopes and hand tools in a regulated environment
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and document work accurately
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude in team interactions
