What's the Job?

• Automate operational tasks and health checks to ensure sustainable and efficient systems and services.
• Monitor the production environment using observability tools like Dynatrace and Splunk to maintain system health.
• Identify reliability gaps through process reengineering and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams for system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, configurations, and infrastructure maps.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering within a Fintech or product organization.
• 4+ years of experience with automation tools such as Python, Java, Ansible, or PowerShell.
• 4+ years of experience with observability and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Moogsoft, or Grafana.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and/or 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
