Instructional Content Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate services industry, is seeking a Instructional Content Developer to join their team. As a Instructional Content Developer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting internal change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have creativity, collaboration skills, and technical proficiency which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Instructional Content Developer

Location: 100% Remote (Only EST Time Zone)

Pay Range: $45 -52/hr 

Duration: 3 Months Contract 

What's the Job?

• Develop engaging and effective training materials that emphasize the value proposition for learners with a marketing feel.
• Create instructional assets such as job aids, quick reference guides, and training decks using tools like PowerPoint, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate 360.
• Design and produce video content to explain soft skills, behavioral changes, and system walkthroughs, leveraging Camtasia for editing and creation.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers to execute pre-defined strategies and content outlines efficiently.
• Support internal change management initiatives by developing high-quality, on-brand instructional materials that facilitate user adoption and system implementation.

What's Needed?

• • 3+ years experience creating and/or editing video content using Camtasia
  • 3+ years experience in designing and developing eLearning courses using Articulate Rise & Storyline, EasyGenerator or Captivate
  • 3+ years experience in technical writing
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations in corporate environments is preferred.
• 5+ years designing and developing multi-layered/multifaceted elearning and self-paced learning content to support systems implementations in large (25,000+) corporations
• Experience using AI and AI enhanced tools during the development process
