Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts for the organization, working closely with hiring leaders and internal teams to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, aligning successfully with the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Job Title:Senior Recruiter

Location:New York, NY (Hybrid: onsite 3 days a week)

Pay Range:$43.75

What's the Job?

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
• Partner directly with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and guide talent acquisition strategies.
• Deliver a top-tier candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and onboarding specialists to ensure seamless hiring processes.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, preferably within the financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or related industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs such as Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Taleo, Eightfold, Workday, Bullhorn, or SuccessFactors.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
