Technical Project Manager

Our client, a leader in innovative asset management solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key contributor in the Asset Management Department supporting cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in delivering critical projects that enhance operational efficiency and asset tracking capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, fostering success within a diverse and inclusive environment.

What's the Job?

• Lead the delivery of Phase 2 of the Asset Tagging initiative, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, Facilities, Asset Management, and Vendors to finalize tagging approaches and execution plans.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to leadership with recommended solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates, status reports, and executive summaries to stakeholders and management.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in asset tagging or inventory initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project dependencies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
