What's the Job?
- Lead the delivery of Phase 2 of the Asset Tagging initiative, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, Facilities, Asset Management, and Vendors to finalize tagging approaches and execution plans.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to leadership with recommended solutions.
- Provide regular progress updates, status reports, and executive summaries to stakeholders and management.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in asset tagging or inventory initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project dependencies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
