Our client is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Print Production Coordinator you will be an integral part of the internal creative resource team supporting various cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Print Production Coordinator

Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite Monday through Thursday; remote Fridays)

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage full-cycle projects from inception to completion across multidisciplinary teams and media types
  • Act as a central hub for project execution, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure success
  • Apply Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies tailored to project needs
  • Coordinate omni-channel production including digital, eCommerce, print, video, and packaging
  • Measure project performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure error-free, on-time delivery

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1+ years managing multiple projects and handling administrative responsibilities
  • Experience with print production (preferred)
  • Familiarity with agency workflows and tools such as Workfront (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects effectively
