Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Support Engineer II to join their team. As a Support Engineer II, you will be part of the Central IT department supporting the Company's Knowledge Workers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to quality service, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Culver City, CA
Pay Rate: $35 per hour on Experis W2 (No C2C)
What's the Job?
- Provide onsite technical support to Corporate employees for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- Manage and document support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support AV systems, teleconferencing, and presentation equipment to facilitate smooth communication.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and troubleshoot complex system or network outages, minimizing downtime.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2+ years supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems in a corporate environment.
- Experience working in helpdesk or desk-side support roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
