Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Senior Validation Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Validation Specialist, you will be part of the Validation Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to validation activities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Execute IQ, OQ, PQ, requalification, and validation maintenance activities for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing systems.
- Support validation of manufacturing and packaging equipment, utilities, and computerized systems such as automation, MES, LIMS, and vision systems.
- Apply risk-based validation methodologies aligned with industry standards like GAMP 5.
- Author, execute, review, and route validation documents within KNEAT Gx lifecycle management software.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, IT, Automation, and Operations teams to ensure systems are validated, audit-ready, and compliant with FDA, ISO, and cGMP regulations.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience supporting validation activities in a regulated environment.
- Experience with KNEAT Gx validation software is required.
- Knowledge of validation processes including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
