Packaging Design Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking an Packaging Design Engineer to join their team. As an Packaging Design Engineer, you will be part of the Packaging Engineering department supporting various operational units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $27

What's the Job?

• Follow clearly defined procedures under general guidance to support packaging solutions.
• Handle inquiries of moderate scope and complexity related to packaging and business information.
• Assist in developing and implementing packaging solutions for assigned operating units.
• Research, analyze, and interpret data to support packaging requests and projects.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes, develop standard operating procedures, and support quality management initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Basic understanding of packaging theories and practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently within defined work priorities.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and international packaging regulations is a plus.
