Technical Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Technical Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Systems Analyst, you will be integral to supporting the Planview Connected Solution program and translating complex business requests into effective IT solutions. Job Title: Technical Systems Analyst

Location: Remote (Candidates must be willing to work Eastern Time hours)

What's the Job?

• Gather, document, and refine technical requirements using story cards and maintain team boards.
• Create essential artifacts such as documentation, data flow diagrams, and context diagrams for system design and enhancements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure project momentum.
• Participate in requirements reviews to ensure clarity, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Analyze and interpret metrics related to the Planview Portfolios to support continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Planview Portfolios, especially in internal technical configurations, is highly desired.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document technical requirements effectively.
• Familiarity with industry tools and techniques for eliciting and prioritizing technical requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly.
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of IT technologies, software applications, and data exchanges.
