What's the Job?

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet project deliverables.
• Support offshore teams and coordinate efforts to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in offshore support and managing complex technical initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple factors.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
