Our client, a leading organization in technology is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 1 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 1, you will be part of the Land Development Operations supporting contract management, transaction coordination, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 1

Location: Remote (PST hours preferred)

Pay Range: $33/hr to $35/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Support land development operations including transaction processing and contract management across the AMERs region.
  • Manage high-volume workflows, ensuring agreements and documentation are accurately tracked and maintained.
  • Review title reports and coordinate resolution efforts for ownership issues.
  • Assist in tracking financial budgets, payments, and invoicing to ensure compliance with regional standards.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor transaction status, performance metrics, and workflow health.

What's Needed?

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting land, easement, right-of-way, or real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in contract and document management systems with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and related tools with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
