As a HR Operations Advisor 3, you will be part of the HR department supporting employee relations, performance management, and HR process optimization. What's the Job?
- Provide day-to-day HR consultation to managers and employees on complex workplace matters
- Manage and document employee cases with a focus on data quality and accuracy in CRM systems
- Support performance management discussions and employee relations issues
- Collaborate with HR partners on escalations and complex scenarios to ensure effective resolution
- Assist with operational tasks and contribute to broader HR initiatives and process improvements
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or related fields
- Strong understanding of HR policies and practices with the ability to interpret and apply them objectively
- Hands-on experience managing HR cases within CRM or case management systems
- Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in handling sensitive situations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities
