Our client, a dedicated organization supporting California's developmental services system, is seeking a Organizational Change Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Organizational Change Management Specialist

Location:Remote in Sacramento, CA

Pay Range:$64.00 to $75.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage all change management activities throughout the LOIS project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change strategies aligned with project goals and organizational priorities.
  • Conduct impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations at key milestones.
  • Engage stakeholders through targeted communication plans, workshops, and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate training development and delivery to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading change management initiatives, especially in large-scale IT projects.
  • Proficiency in PROSCI/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change management frameworks.
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
