Our client is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be part of the Employee Relations team supporting global HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong investigative skills, empathy, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Position is 100% remote. Candidates can be located in any time zone but will be reporting to a manager in PST.
What's the Job?
- Conduct Employee Relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions aligned with company policies and practices.
- Maintain detailed case records and document investigation findings thoroughly.
- Manage assigned casework independently, ensuring timely communication and resolution of investigations.
- Provide respectful and empathetic support during difficult workplace situations.
- Advise on disciplinary actions and interpret ER policies for management and employees.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- 6+ years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience, including at least 3 years of investigation experience.
- 2+ years of experience working within a multi-national company environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence management at all levels.
