Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Tech Program Mgr to join their team. As a Tech Program Mgr, you will be part of the Infrastructure and Operations department supporting global engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate complex projects across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead and coordinate global infrastructure, compliance, and operational programs within the engineering team.
- Develop and manage program-level plans, roadmaps, and release schedules in collaboration with product managers and engineering leaders.
- Identify, mitigate, and track risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success.
- Support cross-functional teams by removing impediments and facilitating effective communication across multiple time zones.
- Promote Agile practices and foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and process enhancements.
What's Needed?
- At least 8 years of experience in project and program management within a technology-focused organization.
- Minimum of 2 years supporting cloud technologies, infrastructure, and DevOps processes and tools.
- Experience managing large data center or software deployment programs from inception to delivery.
- Strong ability to work with compliance and security programs, operational management, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and reports clearly and effectively.
