Principal AI & Automation Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications sector, is seeking an Application Architect III to join their team. As an Application Architect III, you will be part of the Network Services department supporting strategic AI, automation, and orchestration initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Define architectural vision and architecture for large and complex capabilities supporting Network AI and Agentic Transformation.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to shape architecture for AI-enabled use-cases, orchestration patterns, and deterministic automation solutions.
• Evaluate system impacts, interfaces, dependencies, and architectural implications of new use-cases and platform capabilities.
• Lead rapid shaping of high-level architecture for complex solutions, adding detail iteratively based on evolving requirements.
• Ensure architecture is flexible, modular, and adaptable to changing priorities and emerging AI capabilities.

What's Needed?

• Strong experience defining architecture and architectural vision for large, complex technology capabilities across application, data, and automation domains.
• Ability to operate flexibly across strategy, architecture, engineering, and automation pillars based on organizational needs.
• Experience shaping architecture for AI-enabled use-cases, workflow orchestration, and deterministic automation patterns.
• Deep understanding of system impacts, interfaces, dependencies, and implementation tradeoffs for enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain architecture, risks, and constraints clearly to diverse audiences.
