Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and medical industry, is seeking a Training Specialist Sr. to join their team. As a Training Specialist Sr., you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting the training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive collaboration, and a goal-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: On-site in Itasca, Illinois
Pay Range: 30/hr
What's the Job?
- Process daily training transactions within the Learning Management System (LMS) to support organizational training programs.
- Monitor help desk inbox, respond to training-related inquiries, and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Assist with LMS system upgrades and participate in testing and feedback activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet training needs and improve processes.
- Support the creation and updating of training materials and documentation as needed.
What's Needed?
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide high-quality support.
- Experience processing transactions in an LMS, document management, or change management system.
- Proactive communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, or Power Automate is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
