Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Employee Relations Business Partner to join their team. As a Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching for all employees and levels of management in the organization.
  • Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Triage employee relations casework, identify potential solutions, and take appropriate actions using established guidelines.
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends to drive proactive solutions.
  • Help balance risk, considering employee, business, and company perspectives while designing and facilitating manager training based on data analysis.

What's Needed?

  • 6+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Experience managing an average case volume of 50+ cases at any given time.
  • Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assisting with risk management related to the business.
  • Effective project management, change management, and independent program driving skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster inclusion and empathy.
