Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager IV- to join their team. As a Program Manager IV-, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Omaha, NE (5 days onsite every week)

• Engage across all organizational levels to define, align, and execute program strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior leadership, serving as a trusted advisor while influencing decisions, aligning priorities, and ensuring transparency on program performance and risks.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, visual narratives that drive alignment and enable enterprise-wide decision-making.
• Develop and manage integrated program roadmaps, aligning strategic initiatives with detailed release plans in partnership with project managers.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives with a hands-on approach, ensuring practical execution and operational adoption.
