HR Operations Advisor 3

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a HR Operations Advisor 3 to join their team. As a HR Operations Advisor 3, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting HR teams and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $45 to $50/Hour

What's the Job?

  • Support HR teams by providing expert consultation on performance management and employee relations.
  • Use data and insights to inform HR recommendations and decision-making processes.
  • Design and implement scalable, automated HR solutions to improve efficiency and manager effectiveness.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and HR teams to shape policies and ensure organizational adherence.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex workplace issues, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in HR, employee relations, or related fields with a focus on performance management.
  • Strong communication skills and sound judgment in handling sensitive situations.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic HR initiatives.
  • Experience working within large or matrixed organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance standards, and organizational best practices.
