Event Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and B2B event marketing sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Event Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in managing sponsorships for high-profile Cisco Connect events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional sponsor experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to operational excellence, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment.

What's the Job?

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of sponsorships for events, including understanding sponsorship offerings and fulfillment requirements.
  • Handle high-volume sponsor communications via email, Webex chats, calls, and webinars to ensure sponsor satisfaction and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to process sponsorship interest forms, generate agreements, and track payments accurately.
  • Ensure sponsors are well-prepared for onsite event execution through active communication and support.
  • Monitor sponsorship deliverables, track fulfillment progress, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and presentation purposes.
  • Proven experience in event marketing, specifically in sponsorship management and execution.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple sponsorships and events simultaneously.
  • Clear, professional communication skills for sponsor interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and ensure accuracy across tracking platforms.
