Software Engineer

Our client, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative development projects.  

Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On Site)

Pay Range: $37 per hour on W2

What's the Job?

• Develop safety- and security-critical embedded software for Programmable Logic Controllers
• Work across various hardware and software environments, including COTS, System on Chip architectures, and real-time operating systems
• Utilize modern continuous integration and development tools to promote engineering best practices
• Participate as a member of an agile team within the Scaled Agile Framework, monitoring and improving team health and velocity

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in C++, Python, and experience with QNX and embedded systems
• Experience in driver or firmware development in real-time embedded environments
• Ability to understand and apply object-oriented analysis, design, and programming techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
