Our client, a leading organization in the technology and interactive systems industry, is seeking a Test Associate to join their team. As a Test Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the wearable technology and AI testing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Associate

Location: Portland, OR (5 days a week onsite)

Pay Range: $17.50/hr - $19.50/hr

What's the Job?

  • Execute comprehensive testing for assigned features and areas within wearable and AI technology projects.
  • Drive end-to-end testing of features, ensuring quality delivery of test case results and deliverables for standard testing requirements.
  • Identify test and process gaps using industry best practices and escalate as needed.
  • Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements and improve testing coverage.
  • Maintain and update test cases, author new test cases, and generate deliverables using bug-tracking software such as Jira.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with basic PC usage and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.
  • Interest in AI and interactive technology; prior QA or testing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
