Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Development Process Engineer to join their team. As a Development Process Engineer, you will be part of the Process Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Development Process Engineer

Location: St. Paul, MN (100% On-Site)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Pay Range: $57/hr. - $62/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Develop and establish manufacturing processes based on product specifications for catheter sets.
  • Evaluate process and design alternatives using Design for Manufacturability principles.
  • Manage program compliance with Quality Control requirements, including Design Control and Process Validation.
  • Support process improvements, equipment qualifications, and process validations to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and other departments to optimize manufacturing workflows.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the medical device or related industry.
  • Experience working within a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
