Marketing Analytics Manager

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in the North Carolina is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Analytics Manager to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Marketing Department supporting cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in shaping data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Job Title: Marketing Analytics Manager

Location: Remote (must work EST) North Carolina, NC

Pay Range:$41-46/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Define, standardize, and govern marketing KPIs to ensure consistent tracking and reporting across all channels
• Analyze marketing performance data to generate actionable insights on demand generation, channel optimization, and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance lead management, funnel performance, and conversion rates
• Translate complex data sets into clear, strategic recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design and maintain scalable marketing data models within Snowflake, ensuring data quality and accessibility

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data engineering, or related fields
• Proficiency with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms and data modeling techniques
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines and managing large-scale datasets using SQL and Python
• Strong knowledge of marketing technologies such as HubSpot, CRM systems, web analytics, and advertising platforms
• Expertise in Power BI or similar BI tools for developing dashboards and automated reports
