Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the talent acquisition efforts across various business units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage applicant flow to ensure a diverse pool of qualified candidates and compliance with hiring policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, college recruiting events, and develop relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a staffing or recruitment role.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS tools, and Workday ATS.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
