Epic Application Support

Our client, a leading healthcare industry organization, is seeking an Epic Application Support to join their team. As an Epic Application Support, you will be part of the Clinical Support Department supporting inpatient workflows and hospital operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Epic Application Support

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $45-50/hr 
 

What's the Job?

• Provide expert support and build expertise in Epic inpatient clinical applications, including Inpatient Orders and Bugsy.
• Manage day-to-day support operations, ensuring seamless clinical workflows and system performance.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver timely solutions and enhancements.
• Maintain current Epic clinical certifications and stay updated with industry best practices.
• Assist in testing, documentation, and delivery of system enhancements to improve clinical efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 4 years of Epic application support and build experience, with hands-on expertise in inpatient clinical applications.
• Current Epic Clinical certification(s) relevant to inpatient applications; certifications must be maintained.
• At least 4 years of experience managing support operations, client communication, and offshore team coordination in healthcare IT.
• Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred to understand clinical workflows and hospital operations.
• Strong technical skills combined with knowledge of clinical and business contexts to support patient care environments.
