Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with a strong background in Salesforce development and hands-on exposure to Data Cloud implementations and POCs. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud
• Develop and optimize Data Cloud integrations, including:
  • Data ingestion
  • Data transformation
  • Identity resolution
  • Segmentation
• Contribute to Data Cloud implementation projects and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Review, analyze, and enhance existing code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Data Cloud environments
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce innovations, including emerging tools like Agentforce (preferred)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development
• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations or POCs
• Solid understanding of:
  • Data modeling and architecture
  • Data integration patterns and best practices
• Ability to read, understand, write, and explain complex code
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Conceptual or hands-on familiarity with Agentforce
• Salesforce certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
