Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator 2 to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Administrator 2, you will be an integral part of the Rewards and Card Benefits Line of Business, supporting call center operations and ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator
Location:Chandler, AZ (preferred) or Des Moines, IA (secondary)
What's the Job?
- Monitor and evaluate call center interactions to ensure adherence to process, compliance, and soft skills standards
- Conduct audits of calls and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify and escalate compliance gaps and potential risks effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation of call evaluations and quality metrics
- Collaborate with team members and third-party vendors to improve quality processes
What's Needed?
- Call center or similar experience with QA call monitoring and auditing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to identify compliance issues and escalate risks appropriately
- Experience working with third-party vendors or tools (preferred)
