Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer 

Location: San Antonio, TX  100% onsite 

Pay Range: $20 to $25 p/h on w-2 
 Duration: 12 month contract

What's the Job?

• Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
• Performs engineering work related to planning, devising, or adapting methods to improve manufacturing production.
• Examines equipment, processes, operations, and assembly to determine time or quality revisions, and suggests improvements.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions that optimize manufacturing processes.

What's Needed?

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
