Program Manager Tech 2

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their team.This is a Supply Chain Planning Program Manager / Business Analyst role supporting Their Cloud Planning organization, specifically focused on network hardware planning for data centers. The person will help forecast demand for networking equipment, analyze supply availability, identify risks and gaps, and build reporting that helps Them make decisions about future data center capacity.

This is not a traditional project management role. It is much more of a planning, forecasting, analytics, and business operations role within a cloud infrastructure environment.
 

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 2

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr

What's the Job?

• Support network hardware planning with a focus on demand and supply planning.
• Generate and analyze weekly demand and supply supportability for networking devices.
• Conduct deep analysis of source systems and connected data to ensure data accuracy and validation.
• Maintain consistent tracking and traceability of changes in demand, supply, and supportability over time.
• Drive standardization and consistency in supportability reporting across networking devices.

What's Needed?

• Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or related fields.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, MS SQL, Kusto, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work with engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Preferred: Engineering degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering; certifications such as APICS or CPIM.
