Organizational Change Management practitioner

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and digital transformation sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Organizational Change Management practitioner to join their dynamic team. As an Organizational Change Management practitioner, you will be an integral part of the Change Management Department supporting innovative initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to driving change, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Execute and refine Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans for GEN AI initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and integration.
• Drive stakeholder readiness, promote adoption, and facilitate behavior change across diverse teams.
• Develop and deliver clear, consistent communication strategies to support organizational change efforts.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
• Support training programs and scalable enablement models, such as champion networks, to maximize adoption and usage.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management supporting technology or digital initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and influence skills to drive change in fast-paced environments.
• Experience assessing change impacts and managing adoption risks effectively.
• Willingness to work within core business hours and support remote collaboration.
