Workday Learning Consultant

Our client, a global organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Workday Learning Consultant to join their team. As a Workday Learning Consultant, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Serve as the full-time Learning Architect for a global implementation of Workday Learning.
• Lead the design and architecture of Workday Learning solutions to support business objectives, user needs, and enterprise learning strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, configure scalable learning processes, and support end-to-end implementation activities.
• Provide expertise in Workday Learning functionality, best practices, and solution design throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Drive transformation initiatives by aligning learning technology capabilities with organizational change and process improvement goals.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred.
• Workday Learning certification is preferred, but proven Workday Learning experience is required.
• Strong verbal, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience leading or supporting Workday Learning implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in transformation programs, including process redesign, change enablement, and large-scale system adoption.
