UX Designer- 3

Our client, a leading innovator in the technology sector, is seeking a UX Designer to join their dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will be part of the Experience Strategy & Design Studio supporting large-scale, end-to-end customer experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within our collaborative environment.

Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $46-$48/Hour 

What's the Job?

• Conceptualize and deliver design artifacts at various levels of fidelity to support customer experience projects.
• Create visual design documents including storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, personas, and task flows from concept to delivery.
• Shape lightweight research plans, identify key questions, and guide synthesis to connect findings with strategic design decisions.
• Review and validate work with peers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment and quality.
• Design and support remote workshops to facilitate collaboration and gather insights.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, with 8+ years' experience in product or service design; or a Master's Degree with 6+ years' experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Sketch.
• 3–4+ years of hands-on primary UX research experience, including planning and conducting customer or user interviews.
• Ability to independently gather user insights and apply them to strategic design solutions.
• Experience with strategic design, journey mapping, navigation modeling, and broader experience design work.
