Information Security Engineer x2

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a Information Security Engineer x2 to join their team. As a Information Security Engineer x2, you will be part of the Security Engineering Department supporting enterprise automation and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Information Security Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to implement security solutions.
• Design and implement an end-to-end Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) model with full automation and minimal manual intervention.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Senior-level hands-on experience with Python programming.
• Extensive experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong operational automation experience using Ansible.
• Deep familiarity with Proxy and Firewall technologies, including Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, and Broadcom Cloud proxy services.
