Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the retail and uniform management industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Uniform and Gear Programs team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX - Onsite

Duration: 9+ months with highly possible extension / conversion

What's the Job?

• Develop project plans, schedules, and oversee budgets for the uniform program supporting the Consumer Group.
• Lead the preparation, launch, and ongoing sustainability of quarterly uniform initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and timely delivery of services and products.
• Implement process controls to optimize inventory management and reduce buybacks annually.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline program operations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 4-7 years of experience in organizational programs, project management, or related areas.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
