  • Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco platforms across routing, switching, and campus technologies.
  • Hands-on Cisco ACI (APIC) experience, including fabric design, policy configuration, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Subject matter expertise in Cisco wireless (802.11 b/g/n/ac/ax), including CAPWAP, APs/WLCs, Cisco Catalyst Center, and Cisco ISE integration.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and supporting Cisco wireless, including RF optimization (coverage/capacity), troubleshooting, and site survey/validation.
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Zscaler, Citrix VPN).
  • Expertise in external L2/L3 fabric connectivity and L2/L3 switching architecture design.
  • Strong knowledge of routing and switching at scale, including OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IS-IS, and static routing.
  • Solid foundation in networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, VoIP, VPN/IPsec) and physical infrastructure (cabling, racks).
  • Proven project management skills: plan work, manage dependencies, track milestones, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering reliable, scalable network solutions.

Major Projects:

  • Replacing end-of-life data center devices to improve performance and capacity (Cisco ACI, Nexus/Catalyst switching).
  • Implementing Cisco BGP EVPN/VXLAN across existing network infrastructure to enable scalable segmentation.
  • Upgrading HQ wireless infrastructure by replacing end-of-life access points and improving capacity, performance, and security.
