Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, is seeking a LIMS Configuration Specialist to join their team. As a LIMS Configuration Specialist, you will be part of the Laboratory Operations support team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead the configuration and build of raw materials and commercial product workflows within LabWare LIMS 8, supporting the transition to paperless testing in a GMP environment.
  • Translate approved test methods, specifications, and sampling plans into compliant LIMS designs.
  • Build and maintain master data including specifications, calculations, and test workflows.
  • Convert paper-based testing processes into standardized digital workflows.
  • Develop test scripts, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure workflows are fit for intended use.

What's Needed?

  • Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS 8 configuration (required).
  • Strong background in GMP laboratory environments, focusing on raw materials and commercial product testing.
  • Experience translating regulatory and quality requirements into LIMS builds.
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering, test case development, and workflow validation.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to partner with QC, QA, and lab operations teams.
