Quality Engineer

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive initiative, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Windsor, ON - Remote 

What's the Job?

• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues using statistical, analytical, and advanced problem-solving tools
• Recommend and implement cost-effective, permanent corrective actions to improve quality standards
• Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators to ensure accurate correlation and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to resolve issues beyond plant control
• Manage engineering changes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and product robustness

What's Needed?

• General understanding of quality systems, preferably in the automotive sector
• Experience or exposure to electrical/electronic components in vehicles and low-voltage (12V) battery systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners
• Entry-level candidates or early-career professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
