Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Operations Analyst - Collateral & Margin Management to join their team. As a Operations Analyst - Collateral & Margin Management, you will be part of the Collateral & Margin Management group supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Analyst - Collateral & Margin Management

Location:White Plains, NY

Pay Range: $45- 50/hr 

What's the Job?

  • Support margin call management across various financial products to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Reconcile accounts and manage controls to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support business planning and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement process enhancements.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement within a financial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and project management tools.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
