What's the Job?

  • Lead and oversee validation and compliance engineering activities to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement validation protocols, procedures, and documentation to support product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and ensure continuous compliance.
  • Manage audits and inspections, preparing teams and documentation to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of quality, compliance, and innovation.
