SWIFT Project Manager

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a SWIFT Project Manager to join their team. As a SWIFT Project Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support execution of business programs, initiatives, and deliverables with moderate complexity
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable plans
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across assigned initiatives
• Prepare analysis, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience overseeing and tracking multiple technology systems changes concurrently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to ask deep probing questions in a technical environment
• Data-driven focus with the ability to proactively identify and raise potential risks
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel
• Experience with technology-focused testing, including script execution and defect remediation; familiarity with JIRA and Octane is beneficial
