SmallTalk Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a SmallTalk Developer to join their team. As a SmallTalk Developer, you will be part of the Specialty Software Engineering department supporting innovative initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Wilmington, DE (2200 Concord Pike)

What's the Job?

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering
• Review and analyze complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Contribute to resolving issues and collaborate with team members to meet deliverables
• Support large-scale planning related to Specialty Software Engineering projects
• Engage with client personnel to ensure project success and compliance

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in SmallTalk and offshore support, including Shannon support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
