Our client is seeking a CRM Integration Specialist - Part time to join their team. As a CRM Integration Specialist - Part time, you will be part of the Office of Business & Entrepreneurship supporting the development and management of critical business operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: CRM Integration Specialist - Part time

Location: Madison, WI

What's the Job?

  • Review and analyse the current Zoho product suite implementation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute action plans to update, test, and implement system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to Zoho standards and support enterprise-level support.
  • Work approximately 20 hours per week over a 6-month period, aligning with normal business hours.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations using Deluge scripting language.
  • Experience with JavaScript for customizing Zoho applications.
  • Ability to build and manage XML files based on defined standards.
