Administrative Assistant 2

Our client, a leading organization in the security industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 2, you will be part of the product management support team supporting a fast-paced security organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and strong communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support a dynamic product management team with administrative functions
  • Organize team morale events, offsites, and engagement activities
  • Coordinate office space management and on-site logistics
  • Manage catering and vendor coordination for events
  • Assist with team projects, tracking budgets, expenses, and purchase requests

What's Needed?

  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Redmond, WA
  • Located within approximately 30 miles of the worksite
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or business support experience
  • Strong customer service mindset with positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt quickly
