Our client, a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, is seeking a Development and Market Planning Analyst to join their team. As a Development and Market Planning Analyst, you will be part of the Market Development Department supporting the Market Planning and Development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Development and Market Planning Analyst
Location:Fort Lauderdale, FL. HYBRID (onsite 1 day a week)
Pay Range:$35-37
What's the Job?
- Analyze new store openings, remodels, relocations, closures, and overall market performance to identify key success drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor development activity, pipeline status, market KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Correlate market planning data with restaurant performance and cross-functional business KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
- Support franchisees, Development Managers, and leadership teams with clear analysis and actionable recommendations for site selection and portfolio management.
- Evaluate site location quality, trade zones, customer demographics, competitive landscape, and sales transfer risks to optimize market expansion strategies.

- Experience with data analysis, market research, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to support cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
